My classes are calm, strong and purposeful - blending evidence-based physiotherapy with intentional movement, to support strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Flow With Francesca is a physiotherapist-led Pilates experience in Norfolk designed for every body, where each week brings a fresh, thoughtfully varied class, and every session moves seamlessly from one exercise to the next - so you can settle into your own rhythm, focus inward, and truly find your flow.

Francesca is inspirational… she takes you through her classes with really clear guidance and instructions. She layers up the exercises (so options for every ability) so that you can test yourself and feel the burn… but always safely, and uses her innate physio anatomy knowledge to great effect… all with such professionalism, inclusivity and loveliness!"
