Flow With Francesca offers mixed ability Pilates classes in South Norfolk for all levels of ability, with plenty of modifications offered to suit a wide range of individuals.
Pilates is an excellent form of low-impact exercise to support existing joint/muscle pains, or for those generally trying to improve their core and overall strength, flexibility and fitness.


what we love about pilates
Each week, our 50-minute flow focusses on a different theme, and each class is different. This allows for ongoing challenge, and to keep things fresh. Classes are kept small, to enable a more individualised approach and so Francesca can support each individual closely.
Flow classes are for all abilities, we ask however that you must be able to comfortably and confidently get on and off the floor independently. For now, our mixed ability classes are not suitable during pregnancy but we’d love to welcome you back from 6-weeks postpartum.
All clients must fill in A health questionnaire prior to their first class. Failure to do so means Flow With Francesca can accept no liability.
HEALTH BENEFITS
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise - but not necessarily low intensity! It offers a great way to build strength whilst being kind to your joints.
Pilates encourages flexibility and mobility to your muscles and joints, and enables better postural awareness.
Pilates can help to reduce pain and aid recovery from injury, as well as supplement sports performance.
Pilates is like moving meditation: it promotes stress relief and boosts your mood, leaving you feeling calm and strong.
