In-person vs. Online Pilates

There are lots of reasons why you may choose one option vs. the other. I myself will even choose an online Pilates class for ease sometimes, but there are genuinely so many reasons why an in-person class can be better as a regular health ritual.
I have listed a few key reasons below...
A good instructor will have a class plan, but adapt or adjust depending on the energy of the room
You get to share space with like-minded individuals, allowing you to feel that sense of community and social connection
Classes provide a dedicated space free from what can be a distracting home environment
You will receive real-time, personalised feedback in the form of cues, or even hands-on adjustments
Being in a class environment may allow you to feel more motivated, and keep pushing for longer than if you were on your own where it’s easy to take breaks sooner
